He was excellent. He was really good. He is not hard to get in. He does dry wall repair, insulation and painting. He is an excellent painter. The price was reasonable. He is good about making sure all the carpet and the furniture is covered and stuff like that. He is extremely professional. He is very prompt. There was a time when he was supposed to come and wasn’t able to come and called immediately and re arranged the schedule and I had people not show up before so that was great. He was accommodating trying to make sure we knew when he will be here and when he will be leaving so if I wanted to leave I can lock up. He was extremely careful about everything. We did a family room and there was a fire place mantle and we had to move the furniture in from the wall and he completely covered the furniture with drop cloths and put drop cloths on the carpeting. He put additional cloth for walking so that he wasn’t getting dirt from outside and that is nice. What we appreciated was the fact that we set up definite appointment when he was going to be here. In the middle of the job he called saying he won’t be here tomorrow but can make it the next day at this hour and said he can work around my schedule and for working people it is huge because you need make sure you need let people in.
