 + -1 moreFlynn Management Group was hired to manage one of my rental properties. I liked the idea of them because they were cheap and did not offer any services I did not need. After about 2 months I realized that they were cheap for a reason. They did not respond to any phone calls or emails. Also, I told them several times that a tenant was not paying their rent and they should be evicted. After 2 months of no responses to my inquiries into the status of the eviction they said they did not start the eviction because the tenant told them they were going to pay. They might be good at maintenance (I'm not sure since they did not do anything), but they need a lot of work before they become a reliable property management company.
