Very professional. Showed up when they said they would. Explained every step involved and completed the job as described. Highly recommend.

They responded the next day to dry out our flooded basement and worked long hours to clean it up as rapidly as possible. I do not know the cost yet so do not know the value for money, but as very pleased with their speedy and excellent work.

The response to my initial request was fast & I was assured the company could handle the request. The employees from the company showed up the next day to setup fans. No one from the company checked on the project in over 4 days to find out if everything was running properly or if the water was drying. My insurance did not pay for any of the cleanup & I had to call to have everything removed. It has rained since then & the basement is wet again but the drain has been repaired. I was sorry a local company was not available for the job. I try to support all local companies.

Our basement flooded on Friday due to a failed sump pump. Matt came and assessed the situation and sent a crew to do water mitigation the very next (Saturday) am. We also had Bair Mechanical come and put in a new sump pump, fix the furnace and water heater due to water damage. Very prompt and professional service. and pleased with the work.

Even though this company was coming out for an estimate only; they were prepared to start right away. The price they quoted was reasonable and the job was performed quickly and very well.
