Mike is very professional and knowledgeable. Had the new unit up and running in no time. Works and looks great. Water feels great.

They are very busy this time of year, but were able to get me in the schedule. They first came to look at my unit and assess what needed to be done. They did not charge me to come and look at my system.
Once they knew the cost and timing, they called and gave me a quote and I scheduled a date to have the work done.
They arrived on time, explained everything to me and were done in the time frame they committed to. They advised they would be contacting me in a couple weeks to see how the system was running and would monitor to make sure all the settings were correct.
They also advised I should be good for 3 to 5 years before my system will need to be serviced again.
It was a relief that I finally found someone who knew the system I had and what needed to be done.

My experience with them was very good. The saleswoman was excellent and very knowledgeable. The gentleman who owns the company does the installations as well and he was very good and very clean. I have no complaints.
