- All I can say is they were WONDERFUL from start to finish.I dealt mostly with the owner Joe Frederico and he was polite,honest,and highly professional. He even dropped the car off at my house when he was finished as an extra courtesy.This business comes HIGHLY recommended.A+++++++++++++++++++++

We brought the vehicle in and received an estimate within a half hour. They were able to not only coordinate everything with our insurance company, but also with the rental car agency. It took four days to complete the work which was expected due to the amount of work that needed to be completed. The car looked great when it was picked up. We were very happy with our experience with Federico's Auto Body.

I can not say enough good things about Federico's Auto Body. For a previous repair I used my Toyota dealer's body shop. The dealer's body shop did the absolute minimum, and returned the car without cleaning it. Yuch. I complained and they were barely apologetic, cleaned the car (barely).
Federico's not only did the repair, but touched up little scratches on the car, detailed it, and cleaned the interior. I am absolutely thrilled with their work and the wonderful personable attitude of both Joe Federico and his other employees. Prompt, courteous, and so professional. Several doctor friends who live on the East Side recommended Frederico's and I see why - I HIGHLY recommend them. Actually more than 10 years ago I used them on my Audi and they were great. I had just gotten lazy by using the dealer because of the convenience of "State Farm" on site.
My car - a 2008 Avalon - looks like new. I love it all over again, and love Frederico's.

They are very accommodating. The car was not ready on time and the had a demo car that they loaned me for free. They are busy so when it comes to scheduling they will work with you. They are the only body shop that I would use.

fantastic job! matched paint very well. noticed a leak in the trunk a few months later and they just fixed it with no third degree!
