Robert Emmi was efficient, prompt, considerate (wiped his feet and cleaned up). He came a week before to examine the actual floor and was available within the next week. He advised us on the steps to take and how to finish and repair the floor. He was available for questions and the work was done brilliantly. Highest praise.
