Ehrlich Pest Control

Ehrlich charged me for services never performed. Six weeks after cancelling the initial appointment with this company, to contract a different company, I received a charge for services never invoiced, performed, or agreed upon. Do not call this company for a quotation, do not leave a credit card number with them under the false pretense that they will not charge it until services are completed. Be sure to check your credit card statements not only in the month a call is made, but also up to three months after the quotation is cancelled and all services are cancelled, as they will charge your card for no reason.

Once removal was complete, pests did not return so work was done well. However, technicians are not really interact with us during any visits and don't explain what they are doing. They are also sometimes late. However, price is good and they keep bugs and rodents out.

Never got past the super annoying call center. No idea about the local guy but the national company is horrible. After pressing lots of buttons I got to a person. This guy starts typing me into their marketing database. "What is your name? Can you hold on a second? [sounds of typing] What is your email address? Can you hold on a second? [sound of typing] " I asked him if he could tell me about the service and he said no but he would forward me to an expert. "What is your address?" "You don't need my address unless I decide to hire you." "What is your address?" "You already told me you can't help me so please forward me to the person who can. I am not very interested in adding my name to your mailing list." Click. Dial tone.

Excellent. An appointment was made in a reasonable time (non-emergency) and the technician made quick work of the extermination & nest removal.

We continued to have mice and had to hire someone else to get rid of them.  I complained, was assured that I would get a refund, and after 3 different assurances have not received a refund.  That is really bad busines.  I understand that sometimes a certain employee can make a mistake but promising a refund and not doing it is unacceptable.  I would never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone.

Within the same week , our service technician Justin came out and we showed him the rooms  in our house that we had seen the ants.  He asked us relevent questions and explained to us the types of ants there are and why the infestation was taking place this time of year ie: mainly forging for food.  He also explained to us about chemicals he was using to spray, and where he was going to put the chemicals.   He also went outside and sprayed around the house and areas he believed the ants were nesting.  Along with the spraying he also made recommendations that could help in controlling carpenter and wood ants ie: removing tree stumps and  landscape telephone poles used for borders.    We felt he was very thorough and did everything possible to take care of the problem,   We asked him some questions and he was a good listener and answered our questions.   He gave us a detailed report and summary of service including all areas that he treated both inside and out.   We have a preventative maintenance schedule set up on a quarterly basis so we can have pest protection on a year round basis (at $43 per month). We were very satisfied with Ehrlich and would highly recommend them.

The entire staff from Ehrlich pest control did a great job.  Andy, the sales rep was very professional and great to work with.  Bria the technician was also very professional and very informative . They were very prompt and great at sending appt. reminders!  I would use this company again and refer them to all my friends.

I’ve used them for 3 years.  I have a service contract and they come out quarterly or as needed.  They charge $45 a month.  They are responsive.  They came in and took out a bee’s nest for me.  The price is pretty reasonable.  They took care of problems that I had with carpenter ants and mice.  I haven’t seen bugs and if I do, I call them and they take care of it which is nice.  I can call them anytime I have a problem.  I would continue to use them in the future.                

They came out and did an inspection of this property and informed me that once of the properties was infected. They quoted me a price of $300.00 per room. Since the price was high, I shopped around. Three days later I had another licensed pest inspector inspect the building. The other inspector throughly inspected the place and "Found no evidence of any bed bugs."
