Removed and replaced damaged tire. Initially put on wrong size but ordered and replaced it.

I have bought several sets of tires from Dunn Tire over the years. They have a good selection and the salesman are knowledgeable. I was looking for the quietest ride and they had some ratings and suggester a certain brand. I was very happy with the tires. They provided free tire rotation every 5,000 miles and I took advantage of that this month. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Work was done at thepromised time for the price quoted. No extra charge for valve stems, balancing, nitrogen inflation. By the way, the shop is now on Milton Ave in Camillus, near Home Depot.

I liked them. They were professional and courteous. I told them that I needed tires. They actually came out and looked at the tires that were on my car to determine if I needed to replace them and also if I might need alignments. They gave me three choices of tires that would work well for me. They also have something called out-the-door pricing where they give you just one price for everything. They actually check the alignment and if you need alignment, they do charge more. But they don't charge extra for balancing or installing new tires. There are other places where they want to add money for everything under the sun. But these people give you the price that you would pay for the job without any hidden extras that they might add on afterwards.
