He cut one tree and ask for half the money. They worked so fast I thought job was going to be completed same day. So I told him I was going to be fifty dolllars short. He said, if you had the rest of the money, he would take and call it even. I did. They left for lunch and never came back. Just left the one cut tree there, for quite a few days. I had to call him, to come back and remove it. He came back trimmed the branches off the cut tree and took just the branches to side of road. He took the tree and threw it to other side of yard. Never returned. I texted, from 2016 through 2017. He said I owed $50. My friend paid $50 IN 2016 and another $100 in 2017, to finish the job. He didn't, instead wanted to charge again for the other tree. Then texted me that he felt uncomfortable going up that high. I texted back and said I do too and that's why I hired you. Gave him a date to finish or we were going to court. He came over and trimmed a few branches and said he was done and called me a bad Christian woman, via text. Took him to court and lost. Arbitraitor sent letter. Insuffient evidence. I had printed text messages and pictures. I don't think this was his first rodeo. He lied and called me a liar. So now, the main tree I wanted cut down is still standing.
Description of Work: Two nice size trees needed to be cut down. I had two new neighbors moving, on each side of me. I had a tree on each side that had to be cut down. One putting in a pool and fence, the other fencing his yard for their children. Also, that tree was leaning over into neighbor's yard and had birds landing and making nest in the side of my house, damaging it.
