It all went very well. I had not used DeRose Heating & A/C before. They were referred to me by another reputable appliance company that did not service air conditioners.
The owner, David DeRose, arrived promptly as promised, took time to thoroughly diagnose the problem (using professional testing equipment) , and then made repairs and adjustments quickly and efficiently.
While at the property, one of the residents complained of an electrical wall switch that was not working. Mr. DeRose volunteered to take a look at the problem, and after examining the malfunctioning switch, was able to install a replacement switch, which he did at no additional cost for the call. Now THAT is great customer service!!
I'll be using DeRose Heating & A/C for all my heating and air conditioning needs from now on!

I would highly recommend him. Everything is great with him. He is very reliable. He has managed to get to my house when the heating has gone out in the wintertime. He will get here no matter what. His prices are fair and he is a very hard worker. The day he installed the air conditioner was the hottest day in the summer. He and his son came and worked from 7 am until 7 pm. I was amazed that they stuck with it because it was terribly hot.
