Amazing! After an interior shampoo I feel like its a brand new car. Every part of the car is cleaner, and they even washed the outside of the car, which I didn't think was part of the package.

I like that they have good cleaning. The line at the Delta Sonic is always very long but it moves very quickly and they do a good job. They offer various offers in terms of the external cleaning of the car and then you can have it internally cleaned. The price is reasonable for the option you will choose.

I brought my car in to get it ready to sell. When it came out of the detail shop, there were scratches all over the roof, hood and doors. Brought it to their attention and they told me that they must have been there. They were not. I filed a claim which they denied. My only option after a meeting with the manager was to go to small claims court. While I''m sure they get a lot of crackpots, they treated me poorly and delayed the process so long that, because I was moving out of the area, could not file in court. What was most disappointing was that I've been a long time customer.

The interior of my rental car (and I) was sprayed by a skunk while I was opening the car door. This happened on a weekend, I was leaving town in a day, and the rental car company would not allow me to return the car unless it was cleaned first. After several frustrating calls to odor removal companies and other car washes, most of which couldn't see me for several days, or had no idea how to remove skunk smell, (and one call to a place which said they would charge me $250 and could not guarantee the smell would be removed), I called Delta Sonic. Their representative confidently told me that they could remove the smell for $80, and they could see me that day. I brought the car to them and 24 hours later (after something called an ozone treatment) the car smelled fine! It's a mystery to me why the ozone treatment offered here was not mentioned to me when I called other places. Everyone at Delta Sonic was very professional and friendly. They have a very busy business cleaning the interiors and exteriors of cars. The waiting area was unusually clean and pleasant, with magazines, a TV, and big windows to watch the cars being cleaned. I wish we had a Delta Sonic in my hometown.
