Dart Computer Solutions is a Central New York based company founded in July of 2009. Since we opened we grew and expanded into 2 locations in Fairmount and Mattydale. We are dedicated to providing high quality computer repair and sales while making our customers our priority. We custom build desktop computers to your specifications and needs! The computer was brought in for a non operating screen. It was determined to be a damaged video card. The cost of repair was determined to be greater than the value of the computer. Dart indicated they could get a replacement one at a reasonable cost. I researched other outlets online and determined their price was competitive. They moved all data and programs from the old computer to the new one. Only negative is they did not meet the timeline for delivering the new computer as promised.

Internet not working. Big problem for as as we use it for business. Luke from Dart came within an hour of our phone call. Stayed until he resolved the problem. Fast, friendly service. Highly recommended.
