What they do is they came over and we have the type of countertops. So, you need to buff it and brings back to shine. Keeps gracious overtime. They sent a representative who did a very thorough and good job.

They showed up a little late but kept us informed by phone. They were courteous and friendly while here and kept the work area as clean as could be expected. The returned the resurfaced butcher block when they said they would.

I was pretty satisfied with my experience with them. There was a small problem as the larger countertop had showed up with a small scratch in it and so they took it back and about a week later they came back and installed the new undamaged piece. I really didn't think that was too long of a wait. They were all very nice to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
