I DID NOT FIND THEM TO BE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL IN TERMS OF FOLLOW THROUGH. THEY DIDN'T DO WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO IN TERMS OF WINTERIZING AND SIMPLY WRAPPED THE OUTSIDE CONDENSERS. THEY DIDN'T CLEAN THE LEAVES IN THE CONDENSERS. WE HAVE A GARDENER THAT BLOWS THE LEAVES, BUT THE OUTSIDE CONDENSER UNITS GETS CAKED WITH LEAVES. HE DIDN'T CLEAN THEM OUT. THEY SHOULD DO THAT FOR THE AMOUNT THEY ARE CHARGING ME. IT'S A ONE TIME VISIT. THE GUY COMES AND IT'S OVERLY EXPENSIVE FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK THAT THEY DO.
