Cny Drain Cleaning

He dragged the job out beyond 3 days, so I could not cancel.  So, I let him go ahead and do the work.  He always acted like he was doing the work, but had to keep leaving on my time and kept me waiting.  He said he'd be here at 5 am on Saturday and he never showed up.  He came later at 11:30 on Saturday and said he meant 5 on Sunday.  He said he would cement in the floor and used a jack hammer.  The stone was mixed right with the water.  The stone is dislodging.  He said he would use a lawyer if I didn't pay.  I'm on a fixed income.  I needed to know the prices up front and not be surprised later.  His original estimate was $275, but later it became $4000!  He gave me 10 days to pay.  I kept asking for a running total of the cost and he never.

Would not use again

Horrible. Breaks things himself to rip you off for money. Has a very bad temper. He leaves comes back hour later and does it again

He got to my house after a storm hit and the power was out when we went into the basement the first thing he wanted to do was charge me $800.00 for a battery backup. He came back the next day and I felt like I was hel hostage in my house all day. He came unprepared  and would say he would be back in 10 mins and would return 30 to 60 minutes later. When he finally cleared the drain I made the mistake of asking him to look at a pipe because every once in a while I see water on the floor. He kept telling me the pipe was not glued and I knew for a fact it was..In front of my face he ripped the pipe down. I told him he did that on purpose to make more money and questioned him as to who was going to pay for it..He told me he would only charge me for the drain..From 10am until 5pm he was in and out all day.  Even took my toilet up when I was outside. The final straw was when he called me in to the basement to show me a leak in the stack which I am sure he put it there himself. His charge for the drain was suppose to be 100.00. He presented me with a bill for 850.00. The end result was I had to call 911. When  told him I would only pay for the work he was hired for and gave him a check for that amount he went nuts on me and was going to rip the pipes out. Did I also fear bodily harm. Yes..

NO SHOW/ NO CALL

Robert told us the mixing faucet was bad and he had to go in through the wall behind the shower. He cut the wall and dropped a nut and proceded to rip half of the wall down because he was in a hurry and seems to have a short fuse. He left the job said it had to sit for a couple days. Then the chase was on. He also informed us he didn't do the sheetrock repair which was not on the estimate/invoice. After repeated and not very cordial calls he finally came back, again in a very big hurry and said I was anal because I was concerned that things were leaking. He told me he was a journeyman plumber. We wound up spending another $75 for the sheetrock repair. This guy is a total hack do not hire him. I wish there was a way I could have his ad removed from the phone book.
