Sends me a statement every month with details of expenses and income. They found responsible tenants with good backgrounds. Helped me manage a two family house for about 2 years.

Sean was very elusive when i tried contacting him to plow my properties when he was suppose to plow them and already paid.  my tenants called me constantly telling me he never showed up.  Sean would have an attitude towards me when I questioned him on this.   He was always late to plow and always had an excuse on why they haven't plowed.  beware; I would search for other management company

I have a house in Syracuse but live in PA. Sean is managing the property for me. He listed my property and found a good tenant in a few weeks. Each month I get a check. I would highly recommend Sean.

I hired this company to take care of my property in Syracuse since the last company closed down right after I signed and paid the contract fees. I was hoping that this company wouldn't give me any stress about the property. First off, they haven't been responding to my emails on time especially urgent ones. Also, when there were new tenants whom they signed a lease with and never informed me about until I asked about it.  Recently, the property manager told me about some problems about the property for example, the broken window. Of coarse, I had to pay for the repairs and everything but I requested for pictures or some evidence for the problem so that I can have a peace of mind. However, even after three to four times that I mentioned to him, I never got the evidence or pictures that I wanted. Another problem arose which is even more expensive than the last, not only did he not give me proof of the repairs, I was also losing money that month because of a $1,250 repair that I had to pay for. It just makes me very uncomfortable to be paying that much money for some problem that he could've made up. On top of that, every time I spoke with him over the phone or via email, his attitude was unfriendly and instead of helping me out with the property, I was having more stress.
