Chuck-It Haulers & Clean Outs

Description of Work: The service involves the obtaining of a dumpster that was delivered by Chuck-it Haulers and Clean Out to our residence. We had the dumpster on our premises so that we could clean out our garage and basement. There was no written contract or signature required. I reserved this dumpster via phone and a price was given. . I was informed by staff , Terry, that I would be charged an additional $30.00- each week beyond the designated agreed upon date. I was informed that if I required additional time beyond the 2 weeks, I needed to let the office know. I told her that additional time will not be necessary, 2 weeks were more than ample time to complete this task. At the end of the 2 weeks I waited for the Haulers to retrieve the dumpster at the designated time, but to my dismay, tey did not. I called on Monday to find out why no one picked up the dumpster? They stated that it is their policy to retrieve the dumpster only after I call them up to instruct them to. Unfortunately, there was no contract or paperwork that I was required to sign. This arrangement was a verbal agreement over the phone. I am now expected to pay an additonal $64.00. I believe that I have been duped.
