Hauling
Problem arose when the company failed to retrieve the dumpster at the end of the designated time-2 weeks as was planned. I called to inquire. I was informed by staff member, Terri, that due to the fact that I had the dumpster for more than 2 weeks, I will be charged an additional $60.00. I told her that I only agreed to the 2 weeks and had completed my task well within that time frame. I was waiting for them to come and retrieve it. Terri informed me that it was my responsibility to contact them when I wanted it picked up.
It was my naivete to obtain their services without a fomal, written agreement. They charged me an additional $64.00 for the additional time.
