Case offered a great selection of quartz materials.  We heard good things about Busch products and Cambria from neighbors who had used them.  After 2 trips to the Busch facility we selected a Cambria quartz material and selected our details (sink, edges, fixtures etc).  We scheduled a time for the template (measuring) and it was done expertly.  After about 4 weeks, they came to install and it went fine.  The countertops look great. Stephanie was my point of contact and did a great job. 
Case only provides the countertop and they handle installation by Busch.  They do not remove or haul away the existing countertop, reinstall plumbing or appliances or do anything else like backsplash tiling.  Two other places were the same way.  I was only able to find one place that would do it all, and their total cost was about a third more than the combined cost from other places.  Case did provide a list of contractors who would do that other stuff.  I selected Bob Koch (Brasstacks) from the list.  See my review of his work (it's good).  WIth the help of a friend, I was able to remove the old counter top myself (not hard, just heavy).  I donated my old sink and bath vanity top to Habitat for Humanity's Restore. We got our new faucets fixture at Lowes.

Their customer service is terrible.

They do a supply of things like cabinets and all sorts of materials to both kitchen and bathroom renovation. I couldn?t find anything like the shower anywhere else. I was a little concerned and somewhat disappointed because they ordered the wrong shower basically. The seat was supposed to be on the left hand side. They wound up ordering the seat on the right hand side, but they did make good on it and eventually everything worked out all right. Due to the mistake of their salesperson, I was given quite a bit of difficulty in terms of when I could expect the proper shower to arrive.
