Home Building
Original construction failed to insulate crucial areas of the attic e.g. stairwell etc, . Bathroom exhaust fan discharges into attic rather than outdoors through the roof. Insulation overlaps and blocks the soffits blocking fresh air from entering attic, The result of this shoddy workmanship is attic condensationis resulting in black mold and rotted plywood decking and a very expensive repair.
