25 sept i walked into CJ glass and metal to inquire if they are capable of completing a custom frameless shower. The receptionist stated they were capable and provided a website for hardware selections. On 26 September I provided shower dimensions and glass hardware selections. I called daily to inquire on the current status of the proposal. On 4 October the manger decided he was too busy to bid the job. Cost estimates for this type of work is $2,500. The fault was not In deciding to not bid the job. The fault was in not making that decision in a timely manner. I would never recommend this business for any work base on Customer service.
Description of Work: After waiting a week for an estimate on frameless glass for a custom shower they decided they did not want to provide an estimate. Obviously a decision that could have been made in 24hrs. Waiting a week for a proposal that was never completed delayed the completion of this bathroom remodel.
