Byrnes Chem-Dry

We have used Byrnes Chem-Dry several times for office and residential work. They do an outstanding job and are very reasonably priced. Today we had the entire house carpets and some furniture cleaned. They did an excellent job. On time, professional and great work. We highly recommend them !

Technician came alone, so unable to clean under any larger, heavier pieces of furniture. Did not make any effort to work on stains, which was the main reason I hired a professional carpet cleaner. Had a rust stain that he basically did nothing to other than run machine over a few times. I have since worked on it myself and managed to get most of it out!! Still with stains on carpet in basement.

I contacted Byrnes Chem-Dry because this company has a wonderful reputation and we know the owners. I explained that we had recently had 2 cats who are now gone, but 1 cat had urinated on the carpet several times, and despite my best efforts, I was not able to remove the urine odor.

I was advised that Byrnes Chem-Dry offers a special carpet treatment which removes stains and odor, which is exactly what we needed!

Mr Byrne arrived on time on the day of the appointment. He explained every step of the process to me, and the as well as the drying time. He worked so quickly and quietly, and when he was finished, the carpets looked like new and odor was gone!

I will never use any other company and I will recommend Byrnes Chem-Dry to all my friends and family

The owner Bill came with another employee.  They were efficient, careful with furniture and did a thorough job.  I like the product they use opposed to other cleaners.  It's non-toxic and dries very quick.  Carpets/furniture were very clean.  Bill is knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Punctual, friendly, were able to work me in when I didn't have a sure closing date. listed out various levels of cleaning available in an easy to understand way.

The service tech was quick and comprehensive.  I'm going to use them again on our upstairs in spring.

Excellent, they guys were fast and efficient.  I have used them before and am always pleased with the results.  This is an family owned and operated business so you deal directly with them.

The job was excellent. They were on time and they fit the appointment into my schedule. They did a thorough job, and were very neat when they did the job. They had to move a few pieces of furniture. I paid them $120 for the work - two of the carpets were oriental rugs, and that would have cost more to clean. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.
