Butterfields new building is close to our building has had serious winter ice problems that are not apparent at his so he does how top build. We have had to change the heating system, correct falling insulation and add additional. The garage which is about 10 years old, has had roofing problems and was compleatly replaced, fhe problem was improperly nailed roofing. Roofing is very basic, either they hire incompotent workers or subcontractors and doesn't supervise or check work, we have also had to make repairs to the main building roof. The electrical installation was not installed per code.
