Excellent service and work. Performed everything they said they would do and it looked like a new car! Estimator was very professional and courteous.

Brought car in for service. Waited for car. Service was performed satisfactorily except that it took longer than expected

I actually went to Romano Toyota. John took a look at the problem and estimated 2.0-2.5 hours, max. He gave me an estimate more in line with what I had expected, and I had them do the work, among with 3-4 other minor repairs. Burdick lost out on $1,400 of my business. Too bad so sad for them.

After much deliberation, they repaired the spring and the struts in one wheel only. After a negative experience at first, eventually they did resolve the problems.

I use them all the time. They have been excellent. I dont know that they're the least expensive but they are very good. They helped me straighten out a problem with another Toyota dealer and they solved the problem in a half hour and the other man took 2 months.

Burdick Toyota quoted a price and the final price was not even close so we got into a haggle about it.

My appointment was for 1230 pm. I dropped my car off at 1100 am and arranged for (i believe his name is Brian the service manager) to call me when it was done. Brian called me at around 3pm with "some bad news". He told me that I had a hole, as big around as a pencil, in one of my tires. I disputed this with Brian as my tires were fine (and Brian agreed) when I dropped the car off. Brian and his supervisor ( I believe his name is Randy) would take no responsibility for the hole in the tire. They told me that I must have ran over something on my way there, even though there was no nail or screw found in the tire. My arguement was that with a hole that big, the tire would have gone flat as they were checking me in. We would have at least heard the air coming out of the tire, and it would not have taken 4 hours for them to notice it. They only said that it could not have happened in their shop. They told me that I would have to buy two new tires because the tread on one new tire would be two hundredths of an inch greater than the tire across from it. The hole in the tire was outside the area that would be safe for a plug/patch. I had them put my spare on, paid my bill, and left.

Lisa was attentive to our needs, and spend significant time getting answers to our many questions. She was thoroughly professional, and not the least bit pushy or high-pressure. When our car arrived with floor mats that we hadn't ordered, she had no hesitation about seeing that the charge was removed from our invoice. The Prius was then in high demand, so we paid the sticker price (same as at competing dealerships). We wanted a specific color, so we had to wait a while. The dealership offered us other color choices as they came available, but put no pressure on us to take those choices. At the final close, the sales manager did go over the various "extras", but was not pushy when we declined them all.
