Property Management
They rented the apartments to tenants who moved in at least 4 room mates to each unit. In many instances they issued the last set of keys to tenants thereby loosing total key control. Then they charged me hundreds of dollars for non existant paint jobs. Whenever a refridgerator would fail they would do me a favor and replace it with a good used avacado or harvest gold colored refridgerator for only $300. I can get a brand new one at Lowes for $400. For almost two months I did not receive rent rolls, and they didn't answer the phone or respond to Emails. At one point they pocketed a tenants security deposit and even intercepted a tenants rent after they had been fired.
