Although my experience with massage therapy is somewhat limited, Melissa, as a practitioner, employs a greater variety of techniques than in my previous experiences. For my purposes (keeping an aging body able to comfortably continue an active lifestyle), her ministrations have been amazingly effective...e.g. treating lower back pain.
