+ -1 moreWe had an issue with the inspection of the roof, which missed some major problems. We sent the company an email with the details of the problem. We contacted the BBB, who contacted the vendor who stated they never received the email (sent three weeks prior). The vendor apologized and refunded the fee plus an additional amount for inconvenience.
Description of Work: Home inspection for the purchaser prior to buying the home.
