With regard to the installation they were fantastic. They were prompt and professional. With the main floor installation, they ended up with just a couple scraps left, (very little 'wiggle" room!) but I will chalk that up to good waste management. There was a visible seam that they repaired when they came back to do the lower level installation. With the lower level installation (basement area) they discovered some moisture under the old pad, so they informed me, and finished the tear out. They advised that I needed to take care of the moisture issue (which I did by sealing the concrete floor) and they were back the next business day (this started on a Friday, they finished the next Monday). They carpeted the entire area, with plenty left over for future repairs and the like. After moving the furniture back and using the space again, a couple seams which I clearly missed when I did the walk through showed up. I called and the owner has promptly called and scheduled the appointment in the evening so I didn't have to take more time away from work to come in a repair these seams. If my opinions change after this upcoming appointment, I will update.
