They were prompt and courteous and gave an accurate estimate. The fir required considerably more sanding and filling than they had estimated, but they stuck to the original estimate. They worked late to finish the job on time so that the floors would have enough time to cure before I moved in. They were amazingly neat, very little dust in the house. And they cleaned up after themselves. Work was done in the dead of winter when the windows were closed, but the smell was barely noticeable. The floors look great.
