ADT Syracuse

I called and the person on the phone made an appointment for someone to come to the house at 2 PM. No one showed so I called back. I was told that this happens frequently and they just reschedule the person for another day. I waited for the man to show and did not even get the courtesy of a phone call to tell me he would not make it. I cannot use a company that has so little professionalism that they do not show up when they are trying to sell me something. I will not use because how will it go when the contract is signed.
