A+ Nina's Cleaning Svc

All I can say is "WOW" to this potential cleaner-the only must-haves in my home is a non-smoker and that the kitchen floor be done by hand-The work would have taken 2 hours as there is no dusting involved.She wanted a ridiculous 250.00.That is 125.00 per hour-I am very easy to work for and I will clearly be looking elsewhere for some help.Major attitude problems..........

We own residential rental units. We had to evict a troublesome tenant who left an 1800 sq. ft. unit horribly dirty. I called 4 cleaning services for estimates....and only 3 showed up at the appointed times to inspect the unit and give a cost estimate. Nina arrived on time and inspected the unit to be cleaned, and quoted me the fee for her services. She explained that she would use 2-3 people to do this particular job, and then produced a notebook showing me testimonial letters she's received from past customers. While her estimate was not the lowest, I was impressed with her professionalism and the way she conducted herself. She arrived on schedule, and did a thoroughly outstanding job in returning the apartment to "move in" condition. Both I, and the new resident, were very pleased with the results. We will definitely use Nina's services again!
