I use them all the time. He's a down to earth guy and he fixes the car. He does a good job. They're overall professionalism. You'd be happy if you used them.

Horrible Experience!!! Brought the car in for a recall to BMW 4 days after the oil change and BMW told me my car was leaking oil. Brought my car back to Tony who told me the leak wasn't his fault and charged me $1,400 to replace gaskets. Five minutes after picking up the car, got an error message, brought the car back, Tony said he needed to "bleed the system". One day later I got another error message, "engine malfunction". Tony said I needed a new water pump and thermostat. I brought it to BMW who told me I didn't need a new water pump. They told me when Tony changed my oil, he used an aftermarket filter without the necessary "stem" needed and that was what was giving me the error message. A complete waste of time and money. Stay far far away!!!

I went to Tony to replace my clutch, clutch plate, slave valve, rear brakes and rear rotors. Tony gave me an estimate that broke everything down in great detail, which was much appreciated. Something important did come up after he took it apart and he had some suggestions to save me money. I did all the work recommended.  Very happy with the way tony ran the shop and his professionalism. looking forward to many more years of bringing my subaru to tony!

I was driving from Montauk to NYC when I received a warning that I had only 15% oil life left. I pulled off the highway at once in search of a service station. The Shell station where I went first would not replace my oil since they were closing up (It was 5:30 P.M.). I asked where there was a place still open and they pointed down the road. The first place I came upon was Trio. Tony agreed right away to replace the oil, and he noticed that my car was due for inspection. I asked if he could possibly do that too. He said he could. He not only performed the services requested but made recommendations and vacuumed the car without even being asked. What a great find this place was! I wish it were in my neighborhood, but I definitely want to recommend it to others.

These guys have been working on our cars since 2010, when my old toyota broke down when I had an appointment.at the NY College across the street from them. They were recommended by the college staff .
I was frantic but Tony and Will were patient and considerate and took care of the problem right away, charged a fair price and told me everything about what they were doing. They're honest and absolutely thorough. When my husband and I lost our cars in hurricane Sandy, they graciously guided us through the used-car-buying process, checking out several cars I was considering for no charge! We happily drive all the way there from the south shore because we like them that much. Would not trust anyone else with our cars.

I have used Trio Auto Repair for many years. I have them inspect my car, do the oil changes and other general maintenance. This year they said I needed a new tire, which I got. Several times the brand new tire went flat. Each time I brought it back and they took it off the car and tested it. Each time it went gradually flat again, some times a few days later, sometimes a week. They never found the cause. Finally I asked them to replace it.. They did, but I had to pay for a new tire again. They sent the and quot;oldand quot; new tire back to the company and said the second payment would be reimbursed if the tire company approved the return. This is still in progress, but I have faith in Trio that they are as good as their word. There was no additional charge to test the tire each time, and they also pulled a nail from another tire and repaired it at no extra charge.

They have always transported me to/from home or work if I needed it. They are very pleasant to deal with.Their bills are itemized with parts and labor so I always know what I'm paying for. I like the fact that the bills always include any work they think I need to have done the next time.

I do not know how their prices compare with others in their industry, but I always felt it was fair.

I have been using Trio for many years. I needed to wait for my car, so the appointment was made at a time that the mechanic could do the job immediately. We made an appointment to have the transmission oil changed. I was told it would take a few hours to do and that someone would drive me home and pick me up when the job was done. Today the transmission fluid is being changed. Someone was available to drive me home, then said she would pick me up. I have always been treated fairly and courteously and am happy to recommend Trio Auto Repair.
