This whole process went so smooth and I could'n t thank Shaun anymore then I already have. I decided to write this review because I felt it was my moral obligation to spread the word about him and his second to none approach. He not only walked me thru every step, he took the time to meet me after working hours to fully explain everything in detail as in his own words he said to me" I need you to feel comfortable as this is one of the biggest steps you will take in your life time and I want you to make it the best one". He did not need to do those things but he did, and that is something I will always be thankful for. He understood my needs and concerns and addressed them right away. I would always recommend Shaun to my friends and family because there are some people in life you appreciate to meet and he is one of them!

This whole chapter in my life was an extreme decision and I was nervous from the start, however I was truly grateful for meeting Shaun. Not only did he go far and beyond to make everything run as smooth as possible he stood by his word! He said he would close on my house in 30 days and he did it in 28, he also said there might be hiccups throughout the process which there was but the way he handled it made me and my wife so at ease because they got handled appropriately and quickly! My family told me to go with a company that has experience and a name, but I wanted to be in control and I thank my instinct to go with Shaun as that's exactly what he gave me in this big decision in my life. His experience and knowledge made it all worth while.
