Long Island Window Treatments

Our window treatments were delivered and installed by Gino.  He was thorough and took time to make sure the blinds and the shades worked properly. He answered all of our questions as to how we should work the blinds and shades that we purchased, as well as how to  care for them.  He was not pleased with the way one of the mini blinds functioned and took that particular blind back with him, so it can be returned to the factory for repair or adjustment.
This was our second experience with Long Island Window Treatments.  I am sure it won't be our last.  They are a very professional group of people. who seem very dedicated to their business and their customers.  They are knowledgable and listen to the needs of the customer.  Alex was so helpful with suggestions.  We are so pleased with the new look in our home.  

The service was excellent. I would recommend him and go back to him. He arrived on time all the time. He lets you know what he thinks and then brings the fabric back to the home to see how it looks.

i Had met with the sales man Alex when i went to the show room in Syosset.  I asked about some shades for my windows and skylights. after reviewing many options I decided on custom drapes and motorized shades for my two skylights.
the installation was set up and the installation crew showed up exactly when promised. the men were careful when moving my furniture in order to get the the windows. and put everything back when completed. they left no mess and were very clean. The drapes looked great and were exactly what i had ordered.  My wife is very happy. (which makes me very happy)  she now wants them to reupholster some furniture to match the new drapes.  Alex is working up a quote for this work and based his companys work so far i am sure we will proceed.
The skylight shades we chose are really cool. they work flawlessly and look excellent. its amazing how much cooler the room is with out the AC on.

I'm using them now and they are great. We are currently waiting on a custom trim but they are keeping me in the loop, they are giving me attention, they are very good. I am very pleased with them. They are very detail oriented. The gentleman that comes to the house, his name is Joe, he is extremely knowledgeable and he is able to guide you in the right direction as far as design and putting the project together and offering advice on what he thinks might go with your home. He is very knowledgeable. They have been doing this a long time. They are just nice people. Sometimes you just can't put a price on that.
