My experience with them was fine, and there was no problem.

I have a basement entrance, and over time, the door opening has gotten slightly uneven, which can happen.
I have a door and a separate glass storm door at this entrance.  The storm door would not open or close properly and left gaps. 
It was replaced once before, but the problem was not really fixed.
I hired the Syosset, NY Home Depot to replace the storm door.  I was told that their installer is excellent and would do a great job.
I needed to order a custom door to get this done correctly.
And they did do a great job!  The door works perfectly now, and I am very pleased with their work.
I have now hired them again.  I need the back door to my garage to be replaced.  I have confidence that they will do a fine job.
The people in the store who take and set up your order also do a great job, and they make sure to let you know of all the options available.

I originally didn't expect to use Home Depot and did estimates from a few high rated angie's list contractors.
They cost more than what I had expected to pay, but I feel that it was worth the spend, especially after I did the research on the windows along with the warranties behind the products and the installation as well.
The person who gave me the estimate and with whom I placed the order was fantastic, professional, and provided some helpful advice along the way as well. The day the work was scheduled the contractors showed up right on time and the sales person came by as well twice to ensure that everything was being done properly.
The contractors were outstanding - professional, polite, clean, and easy to deal with.  They were very thorough in the work and took the entire day to replace all of the windows. 
I would definitely would recommend.

The quality and price is outstanding. I just signed a contract with them to replace our windows.  We were very impressed with the home service department at Home Depot.  They are the only company that offers insurance for the lifetime of the window.  They will replace the window no matter what breakage occurs.  We were impressed by the quality of the window and the sales people.  The way they described the people that would install the windows and everything about it was far superior. Quality, price, sales people, insurance and back up of each product, and everything built into the price is superior to any company we saw.

The sales guy was great. He came to my office to show me samples. The roofing crew came on time and worked hard. They cleaned up well (used magnet to get errant nails). They even left me a few extra packs of shingles so that I could do the shed. The roof leaked a little bit after on bad nor'easter but has be fine since The gutter guys came on time, but were curt and didn't clean up well. I wouldn't recommend them I don't know if I paid too much. No other contracter would return my calls for bids and I wanted the roof done by winter.

Great service, but I didn't really like the carpet I choose. I went with a carpet that they said was less expensive, but the carpet didn't really meet my expectation. I really like the service and installation. I just wish I had used the more expensive carpet.

THE NEW WINDOWS MAKE MY HOME LOOK GREAT! THE WINDOWS ARE DOUBLE PANED TO KEEP MY HOME WARMER. THE WORKERS WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND DISPLAYED WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

THE SERVICE WAS DONE NEATLY AND DONE ON TIME ESTIMATED. THE WORKERS WERE POLITE AND DID A GOOD JOB. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THE JOB CALLED FOR. I AM SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.

HOME DEPOT IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE BASED COMPANY. THEY HAVE LOW PRICES AND DO A GREAT JOB. THEY ARE NOT THE BEST COMPANY BUT THEY ARE FAR FROM THE WORST.

THEY WERE REALLY GOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY HAD A FAIR PRICE AND DID REALLY NICE WORK.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT, THEY WHERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY RELIABLE. THEY EXPLAINED THE WORK THEY WOULD BE DOING TO ME SO I WOULD KNOW WHAT IT WAS THEY WOULD BE DOING.

HOME DEPOT HAD GOOD PAYMENT PLANS WITH NO INTEREST. I REALLY TRUST THE NAME AND THEY GIVE A THOROUGH EXPLANATION OF EVERYTHING THAT THEY ARE DOING AND WHY.

I FEEL HOME DEPOT OFFERS A GOOD ONE-STOP SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE WALLS DURING THE INSTALLATION OF MY CARPET. THEY NOT ONLY CLEANED UP AFTER THE INSTALLATION, BUT VACUUMED AS WELL.

HOME DEPOT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE. HOME DEPOT WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT OUR SCHEDULE.

THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING MY NEW CARPET. THE PRICE WAS NICE. IT INCLUDED THE CARPET SALE AND INSTALLATION SERVICE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED.

THEY WERE FAST AND EFFICIENT AT INSTALLING MY CARPET. THE CARPET IN MY HOME OFFICE LOOKS GREAT. THE STAFF KEPT MY OFFICE NEAT AND CLEANED UP THE AREA AFTER THE JOB WAS FINISHED.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB FROM START TO FINISH. WE PICKED OUT THE CARPET IN THE STORE AND THEY SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT RIGHT THERE TO INSTALL IT. LESS THAN A WEEK LATER WE HAD THE NEW CARPET IN OUR HOME.

WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE A MAN CLEANED THE SIDING WITH SOMETHING THAT STAINED ALL THE SIDING. HOME DEPOT CAME BACK OUT RIGHT AWAY AND REDID THE WHOLE JOB. NOW, I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I GOT.

THE INSTALLATION WAS GREAT. THE MAN WAS HELPFUL WITH INFORMATION HE PROVIDED TO ME ABOUT THE DOOR. THE DOOR LOOKS GOOD AND I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE. THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE ON THE PRICING BUT IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF PROMPTLY.

HOME DEPOT DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND EASY TO WORK WITH. I HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. THEY GOT DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND MY CARPET LOOKS FANTASTIC.

HOME DEPOTS PERFORMANCE ON MY HOME WAS EXCELLENT. THE CONTRACTORS ARE RELIABLE, PROMPT, AND EFFICIENT. EVEN WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES THOROUGHLY. I WAS VERY SATISFIED.

HOME DEPOT WAS A LOT OF HELP IN DECIDING WHICH PRODUCT WOULD BEST SUIT MY HOME AND LIFESTYLE. THE FLOORING LOOKS GREAT AND I DID NOT NOTICE ANY CRACKS IN THE WOOD. THE COLORING IS EVEN AND THE PIECES FIT TOGETHER WELL.

THEY DID NOT ORDER ENOUGH CARPET OR SOMETHING BECAUSE WE KEEP STEPPING ON THE TACK STRIP. I THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO COME BACK TO FIX IT. I JUST DO NOT THINK I WILL USE THEM FOR FUTURE CARPET INSTALLATIONS.

HOME DEPOT DID A TERRIBLE JOB. THERE WAS NOTHING BUT CONFUSION AND DRAMA IN DEALING WITH THEM. THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO HAVE STUFF DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE AND HAVE TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT EVEN AFTER I HAVE SENT IT BACK.

THE NEW GARAGE DOOR LOOKS GREAT! IT WORKS SMOOTHLY, AND CLOSES WITHOUT THE LOUD BANG OF THE OLD DOOR. THEY WERE SUPER ABOUT CLEANING UP AROUND THE WORK AREA AND HAULING OFF THE OLD DOOR.
