Dona was available and knowledgeable about the neighborhood we moved into. Even after we closed and moved, she kept in touch and made sure we had whatever resources we needed.

We did not pay her, but I know she got a commission. She is very knowledgeable about the areas that she works in, and so, if you hire her, she will let you know if she is not comfortable in a particular area. She really wants to give you a full service experience. She knows about the amenities, schools, and almost everything about the area she works in. she lives in the area and she knows everything. I think that works in her advantage. We were first time home buyers and she gave us a lot of information.
