This to me appears to be a failure to comply with the terms of the voucher. If I wasn't using the voucher my appointment would have been scheduled during the first call. This is a very poor business practice and very disappointing customer service.

The guy must be on drugs because he never showed up or performed as promised. He was a smooth talker but didn't deliver. Poor response time (assuming he took our calls). We're no pushovers but this guy had an excuse for EVERYTHING and it was always our fault. He could turn around anything to be someone else's problem. We're not newbies--we're in our 50's, have used contractors for 30+ years for 4 different homes, are in real estate development so are familiar with all aspects of construction, etc. This guy was highly recommended by another contractor but his performance (or lack of) was nothing like our contractor described. Something seriously wrong with this electrician, maybe a recent substance abuse problem, since his perfomance curve dropped off dramatically. I'd avoid him like the plague.

They replaced the dimmer switch with a permanent switch and then charged extra to fix their mistake.... They fixed the pull chain ok They gave an estimate, but refused to install the outdoor outlet. We were using for a 4ft. blowup pool. We had another electrician come to finish the work without any problems....

He was a very big talker and a big seller. He spent a lot of time pushing, and I would call it over selling. He did get the work done and then left. Later on, we had some issues with another outlet and we had some trouble getting him to come over, he didn't want to come out at all. He said it wasn't the same problem, but when he actually came, it was the same problem. I did not trust him whole heartedly.

I FELT THAT DIGLIO ELECTRIC WAS A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THEY HAVE DECENT PRICES AND THEY ARE VERY QUICK AND NEAT WORKERS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIGLIO ELECTRIC.
