Overall, the service was friendly and easy to schedule. The service man contacted me and came to measure promptly and the stair runners were then installed the following week. The price was fair- the only glitch was that after payment, I noticed that the the $50 fee to measure was not deducted from the final cost as promised. However, the salesman did correct that issue right away after I brought it to his attention.

The salespeople are wonderful - kind, patient and very helpful. I thought I knew what I wanted and ended up with something entirely different after they convinced me to bring samples home.

They a a pleasure to work with, professional and polite. Carpet was ready for pick up when promised. Before leaving the store they roll out the carpet for your inspection and approval before paying the bill.

I have an 8x10 oriental carpet in my dining room. It has been there for 10 years and I had 2 young children during that time. The rug took a lot of abuse. I brought it in to Peykar. They carried it out of the car for me and into the store. It was ready as promised (about 2 weeks). When I went to pick it up, they folded it up to make it easy to load into my car (which they did for me) and to unfold at home. It looks beautiful. The colors are vibrant again and all the stains are gone. The staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them. In fact, I just brought them the rug from my den to clean as well.

They have a magnificent selection. The most outstanding part was that I didn't know the size or the color I needed. They allowed me to take home a 6 foot round and a rectangle rug home to see what size and color were appropriate.

They are a little bit more expensive than other places, however their service is wonderful. It was a pleasure working with them. The quality is every bit as good as the top of the line at Macy's.

I paid a lot of money, but they are very nice and they are lovely as well. They came back again because they forgot something and they didn t charge when they came back. I would recommend them to other people any time.
