+ -1 moreHorrible experience. Flower arrangements were not entirely as paid for; design omitted and substituted flowers without authorization. Also, the family returned a centipede-infested corn plant and was assured by Pat that it would be replaced as soon as he contacted his greenhouse; 2 weeks later, still being ignored. This place does not know how to properly handle families who are grieving. In fact, they are extremely grumpy, obnoxious, unprofessional, and rude. No compassion at all. Bring your business elsewhere, there is enough competent competition nearby. Seriously.
