Their agents (I work with one agent in particular) are professional, prompt, courteous in returning phone calls and in scheduling appointments for viewing apartments to be rented. They seem to extend that same professionalism to building owners as well as to prospective tenants, making everybody happy.

We bought our house from them twelve years ago. I had various dealings with the people in terms of recommending contractors and things like that. I keep in touch with the brokers. They are terrific. They know our neighborhood very well. Our neighborhood is a little bit special. The house has a futurist design and certain specific characteristics. My attorney was very impressed with them. They didn't charge me to refer me to a contractor. I would absolutely use them in the future.
