Ferenc (the owner of the company) was friendly, helpful and patient. He held strongly to some design ideas that didn't match ours, but in the end did what we wanted. A couple of weeks later, when he visited to look at something else, he noticed that something had not been done as properly as he thought it should have been, and he sent a worker to fix it (at no charge). He also recommended a plumber and a roof repairman that were equally good.

Requested an estimate for replacing dining room built-in shelves & cabinets. We had a specific style in mind and showed him photographs to give an idea of style. He didn't appear interested in our style ideas, although perhaps would have discussed it had we gone ahead with him. While discussing the job, he suggested that many others with similar kitchens also remodeled by removing the wall between d.r. and kitchen and he offered to make a estimate to do something similar. About 10 days later, Mr. Glower provided professional detailed plans and cost estimation for both replacing shelves and a complete kitchen remodeling. Even just replacing the shelves was estimated to be far more than we expected ($12,000)and well beyond our budget. We decided to look for a workman or painter to repair existing shelves and repaint.
