Ferenc (the owner of the company) was friendly, helpful and patient. He held strongly to some design ideas that didn't match ours, but in the end did what we wanted. A couple of weeks later, when he visited to look at something else, he noticed that something had not been done as properly as he thought it should have been, and he sent a worker to fix it (at no charge). He also recommended a plumber and a roof repairman that were equally good.
