Unprofessional, low work quality, continued to demand money in spite of doing very little work. This contractor's strategy is to get things started so that you are forced to continue to give him money. He left garbage and dust everywhere in the apartment. He barely showed up each week. The plumbing and electrical work done were faulty and inspectors determined that they needed to be redone or major flooding would ensue with each shower. His plumber left two drain traps under the shower floor. This is all while my due date was approaching rapidly. We even cut the scale of the work in half to make sure everything could be completed before the baby was born. In turn he slowed his work down further and demanded money. On average he worked 2 days a week and started over a month after we were scheduled to start.
