TV Repair
The actual repair was complicated by the need to go through a Warranty service bought 5 years ago. The initial replacement part was defective and in addition the TV required additional parts.
Going through a Warranty Company significantly delayed the repair time and having to return an authorized part was a hassle. But there was no expense on my part and Advisory's customer service supervisor (Gemma) was exceptionally helpful,
In addition, the repair technicians were very competent and friendly.
All in all, they were very responsive and competent. I wish I could say the same for other authorized repair services I've had to deal with!
