Perfectly!!! First, the delivery people couldn’t perform the installation, because they didn’t seem to know enough about plumbing (so we had to get a refund From Best Buy for that and the haul-away of the old machine). Then we called a local plumber and, tho’ he didn’t charge us, he looked and said we needed an electrician, too. The young man who performed the installation, Blue Vision completely surprised us by being willing and able to perform the installation the very day we called—get this!—on Saturday. And at a fair price. The young man who performed the installation, Mounir, was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and really came across as wanting us to be totally pleased with his work. He explained what needed to be done and the cost, told us about how long it would take, and was true to his word on all of it. He gave us his number and told us to call if we had any trouble with or questions about the machine. When we tipped him at the end, not a king’s ransom, he was genuinely grateful and I wished I’d had a little more spareable cash on hand to give him. I can’t recommend Mounir and Blue Vision highly enough and will use Blue Vision’s services again if we ever need an appliance installed. You should, too.

Terrible. They gave me an appointment time of 8-10 am and I got a phone call at 7:30pm. He wanted to m ow if he can come by. I told him it was pretty late but I let him come by. He looked at me ice maker didn’t fix it and said he would get me a price on the new piece. He never called with price on new ice maker part. Totally shocked by his unprofessional behavior.

He came in, diagnosed the problem in minutes and was able to resolve the matter quickly. He removed the panel, restarted the frozen fan and we were in business immediately. Didn't want to take money from me after I asked him what did I owe him.

Mounir was very professional and informative. Gave me a few options based on what needed to be done vs what should be done. Cleaned up after himself, wore shoe protectors as a normal business practice. Was communicative about time of arrival. All went well.

Mounir was honest, courteous and extremely professional from start to finish. Additionally, he made us feel that he cared about solving the problem with our appliance in the most cost effective way. Other companies often tell you your appliances can’t be fixed and best be to buy a new one. I would confidently recommend Mounir hands down to any other appliance company I’ve had to hire in the past. His company is top notch! A+. Thank you for terrific service and for fixing my 30 year old Maytag dryer to run good as new!

Mounir came out the day after we contacted him. He showed us what the problem was & made the repairs speedily. He is the first service provider who was thoughtful enough to put on protective covering over his shoes. He told us to contact if we have any other problems & he would try to help us.. He was very personable and knowledgeable. We will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs his service. And the doggie liked him too!!

Mounis Aissi, the owner, diagnosed and repaired the refrigerator quickly. No new parts were required so he obviously does not put in parts that aren't needed. This is the second time we have used him and both times we were very satisfied. We called him up at 8 pm at night and he said he would be here between 8 - 10 am the next day. He was and explained refrigerators are a priority because food can go bad which would be a health issue or economic one as expensive food would be thrown out. Very friendly and personable individual. Will use him for all out appliance issues.
