Mike Reliable

Used him for a long time, but finally got very tired of his not showing up when he was supposed to.

This is the Third Time I have used Mike and again he did a great job.  This time I was replacing an over the range Microwave and wanted to have a vent put in so the new Microwave would vent outside instead of recirculating like the old one.  When I spoke with Mike the week before I let him know that the new Microwave was being delivered and installed on Tuesday of the following week.  Although he informed me that he was extremely busy he said he would squeeze me in and make sure it is done before the deliver.  That he did as promised and actually did the work on Memorial day which was fine with me.  
As always the work was done very professional and clean, Mike always takes extra care not to damage anything around and ensure that he cleans up after so things are exactly how they were before he started.  The jobs are always down the right way with no short cut and at an extremely fair price.  I would highly recommend Mike for any jobs around the house that you don't want to or can't do yourself.

Mike should change his business name. Reliable he is NOT! We just moved into our home and needed some minor repairs and some large mirrors and large televisions hung up. We also asked if he could power wash our large two tier deck outside.The first time he came he was here from 11:15 (supposed to be 10 am) am until 7 pm and charged us a flat rate of $500.00 which he stated is his daily rate.  In between visits, my husband called to schedule him to come back to finish work he started and he didn't return his phone calls. Everytime Mike was scheduled to come, he was late. Matter of fact, he was scheduled at 10 am to power wash my deck and to finish patching up the wall from hanging the mirror and television. After waiting two hours for him, without a phone call, I left my home at 12 pm. When I returned at 3 pm, he was out on the deck power washing it. When he finally came in to let me know he was here, he said he didn't get here until 2 pm. Apologized up and down for being late. He was here that evening until 10 pm. Why? We still don't know. Charged us $300.00 the second time, since he was late. Nice guy and quality work...just don't expect him to be on time!

Whenever I had a problem, he seems to solve it and takes care of it. He is pretty knowledgeable. He is very busy; he has to run around places, which is understandable.
