We review over 400 target areas in the home to ensure a thorough and detailed inspection. You can expect the inspection to take between 1-3 hours depending on the homes and condition. Additional test include but are not limited to: 1. Termite and Pest Inspection 2. Radon Testing 3. Water Testing 4. Well Capacity 5. Gas Leaks 6. Carbon Monoxide

Jeremy was easy to get ahold of and very responsive. His expertise shows as there wasn't a question he wasn't able to answer (and I had a lot!). He was very thorough and found things (little and large) that I missed even after walking through the house multiple times. The report was well written and I had it within the day he inspected the home. Very personable and professional.
