Fred of First Response is fantastic! His crew is amazing! Wonderful people to deal with when you are freaking out over an unexpected damage after a storm!

Great JOB !!!

Fred and crew responded to my call within a half hour. The crew arrived that evening, moved furniture, vacuumed water, setup dehumidifiers and fans to dry wall and carpet. Crew stayed 4 hours. They were only service to answer my call on a Fri night. Very professional and knowlegable mitigation service.

I would steer clear of this business. I had a water leak and called them to come out. First, I was told that they would not be taking up my carpet. Then I was told that they needed to take up the carpet but they would not be moving my things out of the room. I let them in and I left to go to work. When I came home ALL OF MY BELONGINGS WERE IN BAGS IN MY GARAGE!! I literally had important documents such as mortgage papers, birth certificates, etc. that were ruined by their carelessness. Not to mention the time, effort and money to put the items back. They literally disassembled an entire desk that I had to figure out how to put back together again. And then they charged my insurance company $3000! Do not use these people. They are con artists and do HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE work.

The cleaning job was top notch.showed up on time workers very friendly and professional ask if they can come back and spray more deodorant spray came no problem Fred sent his men back for additional deodorant very satisfied with their work would recommend to anyone thank you first response .
