Our overall experience was very good, and we are pleased with the outcome. There was one issue that was promptly remedied, in that some of the vertical slats on one of the two window units made contact with the floor, making the blinds difficult to open and close. One call to the rep brought him back to our home the next day, and the problem was fixed by his re-installing the brackets that held the rod. If a company's willingness to remedy an issue without hassle is an indication of their caring about customer satisfaction and pride in their workmanship, then Budget Blinds of Ramapo & Orange County (Monroe, NY) gets high marks.
