Anthony & Sylvan Pools

The cover was fine, but they didn't asked, they assumed that my pool had been winterize. They put the cover but they didn't winterized the pool and it cost me $7159 for new equipment and $555 to check the pressure on the lines of the pool. When I called customer relations, I read to them what was online, it says that "properly closing your pool during cold weather is important part of prolonging of your pool interior finish, tile work and filtration equipment. It can also save you a lot of time and money when your are re-opening the pool as improperly closing it can cause problems to develop and cause damage that will have to be fixed. We suggest hiring a professional pool service like Anthony & Sylvan to complete the process as it can be tricky and if done improperly can do more harm than good." When I spoke to the gentleman, I read to him what I saw on line and he said to me that "I am hanging up on you" and he did. I hire another company to come in and they informed me that he had check the pressure and lines for my pool and advised me that I need a new equipment. Another person from Anthony & Sylvan pools informed me that they don't open and close pools, however when I went to Angie's List and found a review dated June 30th of 2019 saying that "They gave me a deal $900 to open a pool at the start of the season and close it at the end of the season." and another review dated Sept 23rd of 2018 saying that they clean the filter, change the plugs, blew out the lines, checked all the machinery, put in chemicals, and they even skimmed the top of the pool.
