They called 20 minutes after the scheduled time and told me he would not be coming. Apparently I bought a unit from a retailer a few years ago that was defective. I called this company to repair it, but they couldn’t because it was a manufacturing defect, so I just returned the unit to the retailer and got a new one. Somehow, they thought I was unhappy with their service, which I wasn’t. I was unhappy with the manufacturer. They said because of this prior experience they didn’t want to take a chance doing work for me if I had already been unsatisfied with them. This was big misunderstanding, but they could’ve at least told me before the scheduled time of service. I could’ve found another company, and wouldn’t have to wait even longer to get my A/C unit fixed. This was a very unprofessional way of handling this situation.
Description of Work: I have a wall unit A/C unit. It stopped working, and I called XXXXX on a Tuesday. I scheduled the service for the Friday after (4 days later).
