It went great! My landscaping needed major work. I believe it was a Tuesday or Wednesday when I spoke to Lou on the phone. He was very busy and I understood this but I was disappointed. We made the date for the following Tuesday for the work to be done. After all, it is a busy time of year. He told me he would do his best to make it earlier because he knew I was disappointed. He came that Saturday!! I was so happy! Arturo was the supervisor on the job as well as the and quot;artistand quot; (I mean ARTIST!) who shaped all of the shrubs, including a HUGE burning bush. We have never had anyone properly shape this particular shrub in 18 years. All 3 of the men worked consistently hard the whole day. They did not cut any corners. They did their work properly and thoroughly. They all were respectful. Lou, the owner, came to check on the job to make sure all was going well. When they left, my landscaping looked like Disney property!! I am so pleased. I have such pride in how the outside looks. I will use them now every year.

They are very prompt, friendly, and thorough. They'll do whatever I ask them to do.
